We want your Recovery Protocol to land on your doorstep quickly and in great shape. Here is exactly what to expect.
Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days and is free on orders over $44. Need it sooner? Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout for a flat $12.
Orders are processed and shipped from our Colorado warehouse within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm MT on Friday ship the following Monday.
We are not shipping internationally at launch — just the contiguous United States for now. We are working on Canada and the UK next. If you would like to be notified when we ship to your country, drop us a line.
Once your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking link. Most packages update within 24 hours of leaving our warehouse. If yours has not moved in a few days, let us know and we will chase it down.
If your package is marked delivered but missing, give it 48 hours — sometimes carriers scan early. After that, or if your bottle arrives damaged, email us with a photo and order number. We will replace it at no cost to you.

If Recovery Protocol is not working for you, email hello@gentletiger.co with your order number and we will get a return started the same day. Refunds hit your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
