When you shop with us, we collect the details needed to get your order to you: your name, shipping address, email, and payment information. When you sign up for our newsletter, we only collect your email. If you reach out to support, we keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up well.
We use your information to fulfill orders, send confirmations and shipping updates, respond to support questions, and — if you opt in — share training and sleep content you might enjoy. We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
We share the minimum necessary data with trusted partners who help us run the business — Shopify for checkout, our shipping carriers, our email provider, and our payment processors. They only see what they need to do their job, and they are contractually required to protect it.
