Try Recovery Protocol risk-free for 30 days. If it is not helping you sleep deeper and recover harder, send it back and we will refund your order in full. No forms, no runaround, no restocking fees.
Email hello@gentletiger.co with your order number and a quick note on why it did not work for you. We will email a prepaid return label within one business day. Drop the package at any USPS location and you are done.
Once we receive your return, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take an additional day or two to post it. We will email you the moment it is issued on our end.
Opened or unopened — it does not matter. We stand behind Recovery Protocol, and the only way to know if it works for your body is to try it. If the answer is no, the return is on us.
Original shipping costs on expedited orders are not refunded unless the product arrives defective or damaged — in which case we cover everything, including a replacement if you want one. Returns sent after the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
